Cancellations and No- Call/ No- Shows

Cancellations:

We understand that sometimes things happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule please contact us at Hello@themamasdula.com or

240-229-6760 at your earliest convenience.  Cancellations less than 24 hours before appointment time will be subject to a non- refundable $50 cancellation fee. 

 

No- Shows:

No- Shows or failing to cancel services before the appointment time (for in- home services) in absence of personal emergency will forfeit the service cost and will require approval to re- book. At The Mama’s Dula LLC we strive to respect your time and household, and request that you do the same for ours.
